Fusion MCR was briefed by a design agency to advise, direct, develop and provide content for the following projects as they did not have the necessary skills inhouse.  We liaised directly with M&S on their behalf in initial stages and then directed and initiated the following:-   

Relaunch the M&S range of beers

After extensive taste testing at 9am in the morning (!) new packaging was created for relaunch of 6 beer types, ranging in srength and character.  The objective was to help female purchasers identify the right lager / beer / ale for their male friends / husbands.  To assit in the selection process a new taste intensity and selection scale was incorproated and qualifying copy incorporaed.  

‘Food to Go’ range (sandwiches and soft drinks etc)

Fusion MCR recommended and actioned a pilot scheme to evaluate the impact on sales for sub-branding and greater promotion of the ‘Food to Go’ range (sandwiches and soft drinks etc).   Design of the Food to Go logo and graphics, pilot scheme and recommendation for branding in-store and in-window took place with a resulting uplift in sales of 25% in the the trial period within the participating stores.

Flowers Direct

Development of a number of postcards to promote the Flowers Direct Service in-store and to act as a promot to male customers in the lead up to Valentines Day.
